Important information

  1. Registration Fee once paid is neither refundable nor transferable.
  2. The school is open for admission to both boys & girls.
  3. The school year begins in the month of April and ends in the month of March.
  4. Admission to any class is subject to the vacancy existing in that particular class.
  5. The school generally does not entertain direct admissions to classes X/ XII. However, allowances are made to entertain genuine transfer cases; subject to the vacancy existing in that particular class. Contact school office for queries regarding admission to classes X or XII.
  6. Furnishing incomplete or wrong information at the time of registration/ admission will lead to immediate cancellation of the child's admission.

Guidelines for Filling the Form
  1. All fields are required to be filled and those which are not required should be filled as ‘NA’.
  2. The printout of the duly filled Registration Form should be taken on A4-size paper(s) only.
  3. One passport size (35 mm x 45 mm) photograph of the child should be affixed to the space provided on the Registration Form. One more passport size photograph should be stapled to the form.
  4. Attested copy of the following is to be enclosed along with the form:
    1. An attested copy of the Birth Certificate, issued by competent government authorities.
    2. A certified copy of the Progress-Report (Mark-sheet) of the class last attended/ presently appearing.
    3. An attested copy of the Caste Certificate (for Non-General category), issued by competent government authorities.
  5. Registration Fee of Rs.500/- can be paid via Online Mode.
  6. Candidates who have paid the Registration Fee via Online Banking Mode will have to attach the online fee receipt (as proof of payment) along with the Registration Form.
  7. Candidates choosing to pay 'Offline' must submit the Registration Fees of Rs. 500/- either by Cash (at the School Fee Counter only) or Bank Draft in favour of 'Columbus Public School' payable at Rudrapur.
  8. A printout (A4) of the duly filled Registration Form, along with requisite documents, is required to be submitted to the school office at the earliest. The same may also be sent via Registered Post/ Speed Post to the school's address.
